Project Delivery

In8 provided full lifecycle project management services, commencing with prerequisite documentation, environmental planning and design coordination before progressing through procurement support, construction delivery and close-out.

The project was delivered adjacent to the Murray River within a public and environmentally sensitive setting, requiring careful staging, strong environmental controls and disciplined construction oversight to manage erosion risks while maintaining public safety and environmental integrity.

• Managed quality assurance processes to confirm materials, installation methods and completed works met project and regulatory standards.
• Coordinated inspections, defect rectification and final sign-off leading to Practical Completion.

Outcomes

The Barooga Riverbank Remediation Project has improved erosion control and long-term stability of the riverbank, reducing risk to Council assets and public areas while enhancing environmental resilience.
